Job Summary

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Administrator to join our team at Spire Liverpool Hospital. As a key member of our business office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hospital's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate financial records, including billing and invoicing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform daily and monthly reporting tasks, including data analysis and trend identification.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Good standard of secondary education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to process financial and administrative transactions accurately and methodically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
