Job Summary
Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Administrator to join our team at Spire Liverpool Hospital. As a key member of our business office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hospital's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, including billing and invoicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform daily and monthly reporting tasks, including data analysis and trend identification.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Good standard of secondary education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to process financial and administrative transactions accurately and methodically.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
