Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

About the Job

  • Assist classroom activities by helping teachers plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Implement inclusive strategies to support students with varying learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in their academic and personal growth, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and programs, ensuring they meet the needs of all students.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a SEN/SEMH teaching assistant is preferred, but not essential.
  • To hold a Team Teach or similar certificate.
  • UK based teaching assistant roles: 1 year (required).

Schedule
