About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Costello Medical. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of scientific work to clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers, including formatting documents, coordinating logistics, and scheduling meetings.
  • Communication: Assist project managers with client and healthcare professional communication, including the production of progress reports and summaries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote a common objective.
  • Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality of scientific documents, including reimbursement submissions, reports, and slide sets.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent).
  • Skills: Excellent attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and communication skills. Ability to tailor communication style to various audiences.
  • Experience: No prior industry experience required, but a passion for improving healthcare outcomes is essential.
