About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to support the development of support workers
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and quality standards
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required
Requirements
  • Experience of leading a team in residential care
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep ins and on-call duties
  • Full UK driving licence
