CAMHS Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Children in Care Team at Dudley CAMHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert therapeutic services to children and young people in care, as well as supporting the development of our team and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and work with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide expertise in the care of children and young people in care.
- Provide professional expertise in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for children and young people in care, particularly those with complex mental health needs.
- Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Work with the Divisional Children in Care Lead to develop an effective Children in Care CAMH service in Dudley CAMHS.
- Provide professional leadership and line management supervision to the CAMHS Children in Care Team in Dudley CAMHS.
