We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting our young people in achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to our young people
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with our young people, their families, and other professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care team's policies and procedures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with children and young people
- Qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
