Residential Children's Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and providing invaluable support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues in their development and training
- Experience of leading a team in a residential care setting
- Qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g. NVQ Level 3)
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Full UK driving licence
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.22
