About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils with a range of needs. Your key responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and group support, assisting in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans, and supporting pupils' emotional and social development.
