Job Title: Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant

The Maze Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in the UK, with expertise in supporting students with SEND, particularly Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Challenging Behaviour.

This role involves working closely with the class teacher to provide additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning. The successful candidate will be required to work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis and will be responsible for managing their own caseload and measuring interventions to support the young people.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about education and making a positive impact on children's lives, we encourage you to apply.
