Job Overview

As a Retail Operations Manager at our SPAR Glamis Road store in Dundee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to meet customer needs in all areas of the store (Retail, Food to Go, PO Local)
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the Store
  • Attend call outs if the store alarm is activated during non-trading hours
  • Supervise and support team members on shift, allocate tasks to ensure duties are completed in a timely manner
  • Promote the image and brand of our company through professional behaviour and personal presentation ensuring you are smart and ready for work at all times
  • Merchandise store according to store standards and company planograms
  • Deputise and provide cover for the Store Manager in their absence
  • Follow all current Company procedures in line with current legal requirements
  • Complete all relevant training requirements to fulfil the role
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the store at all times
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
