Job Opportunity
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our care at home teams in the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Localities.
The successful candidate will work on a permanent, part-time basis, with a salary grade of £23,633.23 - £25,829.49 pro-rata, and will be based in the Dunfermline Area.
About the Role
As a Home Carer, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to service users in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care and support to service users in their own homes
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users and their families
- Working collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to support the effective planning and delivery of care and support
- Meeting the requirements of the Health and Social Care Standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care Standards
- SVQ 2 in Social Care or willingness to work towards
