We are seeking a dedicated Compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at Cluaran Care. As a permanent, part-time, or temporary member of our community, you will provide exceptional support and care to vulnerable adults in their homes and communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality personal care and supporting individuals with daily tasks and companionship.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment, including housework and medication management.

You will work as an integral part of our team, supporting each other to achieve our goals and providing excellent care and support to those who need it most.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A can-do attitude and be willing to work using your own initiative.
  • The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team.
  • A current PVG or willingness to join the scheme.
  • SSSC membership or willingness to join the scheme.
  • N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or be willing to work towards it).

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, mileage paid, full training, ongoing support from management, and annual personal development assessments.
