Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour weekdays and £14.85 - £15.82 per hour at weekends, plus 45ppm travel between clients. We also offer employee assistance line available 24/7 and fully confidential for our staff, and support from your local branch team and out-of-hours support.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant with Prestige Nursing & Care, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living, domestic duties, and personal care. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life. You will also be required to prepare meals and provide support with daily activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be empathetic, compassionate, and warm, with excellent communication skills. You should be reliable, committed, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential, and experience in care is preferred but not essential as full training is available. You must live locally and be able to commit to the rota and shifts.
