Job Summary:

Siamo Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Controller to join our prestigious client based in Kettering. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient entry of all stock and location data, preparing and checking all stock reports, and maintaining the integrity of the stock systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and controlled recording and distribution of data/information by way of manual or computer systems.
  • Maintain office control and filing systems relating to administrative support of the contract.
  • Produce reports as requested by line managers.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing calls politely and confidently.
  • Contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Attend any departmental training as required.
  • Maintain high standards of stock control.
  • Liaise closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure all stock issues are resolved in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the client.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Previous stock control experience.
  • Scissor lift experience.
  • Experience of using WMS/JDA Dispatcher (desirable).
  • A positive working attitude and the capability to take instruction well from team leaders and management.
