Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the young people in our care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to young people, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of each young person are met.
- Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, to ensure that the needs of the young people are met at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that the home is a safe and welcoming environment for all young people.
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with young people.
- Ability to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
