Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the young people in our care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to young people, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the young person, their family, and other professionals.
- Support young people to access education, training, and employment opportunities, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure that you are equipped to provide the best possible care and support.
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
