Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that encourages young people to thrive.
  • Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care and support plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a residential setting (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Full driving license (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
