Padel Program Coordinator Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Padel Program Coordinator to support our team at Rocket Padel Ilford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all on-court padel activities, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a great experience for members, guests, and staff.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of padel in the UK. As a Padel Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-court padel activities, developing new initiatives to increase participation, and coordinating the outreach program, including delivery in local schools and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all on-court padel activities* Develop new initiatives to increase participation* Coordinate the outreach program, including delivery in local schools and community groups* Deliver private lessons according to customer demands, group lessons, and host social tournaments* Ensure equality of opportunity, respecting diversity, and recognize the needs of different groups and individuals* Ensure Rocket Padel Ilford is an LTA registered venue* Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and advise the club manager of any issues related to court safety or repair

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
* An LTA coaching qualification and accreditation* A valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificate* Good time management skills* Clear and effective communication skills (high fluency in English)* A comfort level with social media* A true passion for the sport and desire to become an ambassador for Rocket Padel both internally and externally
