About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Our team provides tailored support to each individual, focusing on their unique needs and goals. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to help them achieve their full potential, promoting independence, and empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities, such as bowling, swimming, and outings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each individual's needs.
