About the Role:
- To provide leadership and direction to our residential care teams, ensuring that they operate in a way that promotes the independence, dignity, and well-being of service users.
- To ensure that all aspects of care delivery are of the highest standard, meeting the needs and expectations of service users, their families, and carers.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for managing risk within our care homes, ensuring that service users receive the best possible outcomes.
