About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Specialist Support Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with specialist teachers and mainstream subject teachers to provide directed support, care, and supervision to children with Autism and Communication differences.
About the Team
You will join a supportive and welcoming team of support staff and teachers who are experienced and well-respected in the school. Our team is committed to fostering an inclusive approach to everything we do, recognizing diversity as an enormous strength that broadens our perspectives and enhances our understanding.
About the Job
The aim of your support and guidance will be to enable children to access the curriculum and to facilitate full inclusion in school life. You will work closely with children to develop their skills and abilities, and support them to learn as independently as possible.
