Regional Lead for Pharmacist Integration Programme

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Lead to join our team in the South West. As a key member of the NHS England board, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services for all.

The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of healthcare education and training, with a proven track record of managing workforce, training, and education components of a programme. You will work closely with regional, ICS, and place level pharmacy and primary care teams to collaboratively deliver a programme of activity that meets the needs of patients locally.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the delivery of workforce, training, and education components of the Pharmacy Integration Programme in the South West.
  2. Working in partnership with regional, ICS, and place level pharmacy and primary care teams to collaboratively deliver a programme of activity that meets the needs of patients locally.
  3. Convening and facilitating senior stakeholder meetings, briefings, conferences, workshops, and other forums as appropriate.
  4. Overseeing the management of the Pharmacy Integration Programme aspects of the regional Pharmacy WTE budget.
