About the Role:

The Junior Merchandiser will play a crucial role in achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company's strategic plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing weekly sales and stock intake (WSSI) reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with the buying team to manage trade and optimize product offerings
  • Developing and presenting seasonal strategies to stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate stock, pricing, and promotional activities across product categories
