Your Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our mission by providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health difficulties and forensic histories. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individually tailored support and risk management plans, and ensure effective discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.

Salary

£35,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individually tailored support and risk management plans.
  • Work closely with individuals to promote their long-term recovery and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure effective discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss individual cases and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing).
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties and forensic histories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
