About the Role:

  • Oversee the processing of various claims specific to mobility equipment, including accidental damage, third-party liability, theft, personal accident, and warranty claims.
  • Collaborate closely with mobility retailers and their customers to ensure a seamless claims journey.
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance principles, specifically liability and property damage coverage.
  • Foster a supportive and developmental environment, empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer service and a seamless claims journey.
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure the team maintains competence and a strong knowledge base.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders. Provide insights into claims performance, including acceptance rates, handling times, and customer service metrics.
