Main Duties of the Job

As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
