Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our Cooling Tech division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and providing technical and practical support across the North of England.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the profitability of all quoted service works
  • Provide technical and practical support to regional service engineers
  • Liaise with management and clients to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction
  • Support the health and safety of regional service engineers and maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain effective communication with contracted customers and ensure their needs are met
  • Recruit and manage Service Engineer resource with the Regional Service Manager
  • Interact and support with Projects BU to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work with the Regional Service Manager to develop the region further and achieve business objectives
  • Provide customer reporting as required and ensure all service engineer functions are completed
  • Coordinate regional projects as and when required
Requirements:
  • Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations, with a focus on commercial chillers
  • Experience and contacts with regional refrigeration end users
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial systems and equipment
  • Good commercial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team to effect attainment of agreed targets and objectives
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of our customers' business requirements and operations
  • Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel and Word
  • Time-served industrial refrigeration engineer with relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds 2078/2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling, CITB, and C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate
