Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our Cooling Tech division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and providing technical and practical support across the North of England.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain profitability for all quoted service works
  • Provide technical and practical support to regional service engineers
  • Liaise with management and clients to ensure smooth daily service operations
  • Support regional service engineers with health and safety protocols
  • Maintain effective communication with contracted customers
  • Recruit and manage Service Engineer resource with the Regional Service Manager
  • Interact and support with Projects BU
  • Work with the RSM to develop the region further
  • Provide customer reporting as required
  • Complete all service engineer functions, including call-out rota
  • Coordinate regional projects as and when required
Requirements:
  • Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations, with commercial chiller specific knowledge
  • Experience and contacts with regional refrigeration end-users
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial systems and equipment
  • Good commercial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team to effect attainment of agreed targets and objectives
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of our customers' business requirements and operations
  • Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken – a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel and Word
  • Time-served industrial refrigeration engineer
  • City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling / CITB / C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate
  • City & Guilds 207 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Pressure Testing Competency
  • Specific Compressor Manufacturers Training Courses
  • Controls and Strategy experience
