Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our Cooling Tech division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and providing technical and practical support across the North of England region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for all quoted service works
  2. Technical and practical support to regional service engineers
  3. Liaison of daily service operations
  4. Health and Safety support to regional service engineers
  5. Maintaining effective communication with contracted customers
  6. Recruitment of Service Engineer resource with RSM
  7. Interaction and support with Projects BU
  8. Working with the RSM to develop the region further
  9. Customer reporting as required
  10. Completion of all service engineer functions including call out rota
  11. Co-ordination of regional projects as and when required
Requirements:
  1. Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations, specifically commercial chillers
  2. Experience and contacts with regional refrigeration end users
  3. Good technical knowledge of Industrial systems and equipment
  4. Good commercial and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team to effect attainment of agreed targets and objectives
  6. Ability to develop a good understanding of our customers' business requirements and operations
  7. Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken – a 'can-do' attitude
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel and Word
  10. Time served Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
  11. City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling / CITB / C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate
  12. City & Guilds 207 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  13. NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  14. Pressure Testing Competency
  15. Specific Compressor Manufacturers Training Courses
  16. Controls and Strategy experience
