We are seeking a highly skilled Psychotherapy Service Manager to lead our Cognitive Behavioural Therapies team at City & Hackney Specialist Psychotherapy Service. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of specialist psychological services to service users with complex mental health needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a core professional mental health qualification and recognised Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy training. You will work collaboratively with other health professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care. We offer a competitive salary of £54,320 - £60,981 per annum, plus Inner London HCAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote high-quality care.
  • Overseeing the delivery of specialist psychological services.
  • Leading clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and qualified manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have:

A core professional mental health qualification and recognised Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy training.At least three years' experience working within the NHS or equivalent.Experience of leading teams and developing policies and procedures.
