Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £18,270 per annum (pro-rated 21 hours per week), plus benefits including employer pension contributions and annual leave.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to provide administrative support for our training and events activities. This will include coordinating logistics, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.">
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certificates.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

A background in administration, preferably in a client-facing role, would be advantageous. Knowledge of higher education or professional healthcare training, particularly in relation to psychotherapy or counselling, is also desirable.
