Medical Aesthetician Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our esteemed wellness center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics and be well-versed in cutting-edge treatments such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Adaptive Oxygen Therapy, Body Ballancer, Styku 3D Body Modelling, Blood Tests and Full Body Cryotherapy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, recommending suitable treatments and products, and delivering a range of advanced aesthetic treatments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients with a high level of professionalism
  • Advising clients on suitable treatments and products based on their individual needs
  • Delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser/IPL for vascular and pigmentation, advanced skincare, and Intravenous Therapy (IVs)
  • Diagnosing skin conditions and providing expert advice on treatment options
  • Managing client records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the center

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A minimum qualification of NVQ level 4 or equivalent
  • Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
  • An excellent communicator - both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • A trustworthy team player who understands the importance of working as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £13-£15 per hour, plus commission, as well as continuous training, support and development opportunities.
