About the RoleAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our Building Solutions team.
About You- You possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- You are self-motivated, conscientious, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in telesales or B2B business development is an advantage, but enthusiasm and a desire to learn are highly valued.
- Familiarity with CRM databases is preferred.
