Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in senior HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and strategic partnership. They will possess strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices, as well as proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and support organisational performance.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training to managers on employment law and HR best practice.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, including restructures.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions.
Person Specification
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
  • Significant experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to build trust at all levels.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 27 days' annual leave (pro rata), subsidised staff restaurant, dental plan, pension scheme, on-site parking, monthly pay, access to an on-site gym and local gym discounts, SMART working policy, and relocation package of up to £6,000.
