We are a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions in the UK. Our company specializes in business-critical areas such as CQC Software, Recruitment, Training, HR, Marketing, and Compliance services.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service based in Kent. The care agency delivers approximately 25,000-35,000 care hours weekly, specializing in home care for elderly individuals, adults, and children with complex needs across Kent, Sussex, Essex, and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee safe, effective, responsive, and compliant operations
  • Lead and mentor a team of over 100 care professionals
  • Foster relationships with Local Authorities and private families
  • Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and standards
  • Manage records, policies, and procedures effectively
  • Stay updated with laws and best practices through training

Salary: £42,500 - £47,500 per year (depending on experience)

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Experience managing medium to large domiciliary care services
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or pursuing)
  • Current mandatory training certifications and Train the trainer qualification advantageous
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Committed to dignity, respect, and independence of service users
