Administrative Coordinator Position

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their team in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role to develop their skills and progress their career.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Admin Team, including arranging travel and handling calls.
- Formatting documents and reports to a high standard and collaborating with the wider team.
- Assisting with team meetings, socials, and events, and supporting diary management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with InDesign is desirable
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum
