Learning Support Specialist

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team in Nuneaton.
Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum
The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be able to work effectively in a classroom environment. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individualised support to children with SEN in a classroom setting
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
