Repairs Coordinator Role

The Repairs Coordinator is the primary point of contact for repairs, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the repair process. This role oversees escalated or high-risk cases from start to finish, working closely with other teams and customers to resolve complaints efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for repairs, keeping customers informed about the status of their issues.
  • Cases Management: Oversee escalated or high-risk cases from start to finish, collaborating with other teams and customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to deliver an effective repairs service, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Surveyor Visits and Access: Book surveyor visits and manage access to customer properties, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Decant Management: Manage short-term decants, keeping customers informed about larger repairs projects and agreeing long-term programmes of works in consultation with customers and contractors.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor spend across all repair budgets, reporting progress to management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data, highlighting trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Contractor Setup and Order Management: Ensure new contractors are set up correctly and proactively manage the repairs purchase order process.
  • Tasks Management: Review and monitor tasks for the team, utilizing digital systems to track progress and maintain accurate audit data.
