About the Job

This position involves handling daily calls from residents, operatives, and staff, while also managing the general enquiry inbox. You will need to answer inbound and outbound calls effectively, update records in a timely manner, and provide regular updates to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound and outbound calls regarding repairs issues
  • Managing the general enquiry inbox and responding to emails
  • Coordinating schedules for operatives to attend properties and complete repairs
