Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team in St. Austell. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and receivable functions, including posting invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and processing supplier payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:- Administration of accounts payable and receivable functions
- Posting invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Administration of accounts receivable function
- Close monitoring of aged debtor book
- Allocation of goods to be dispatched
- Manage sales orders
- Handling incoming telephone calls and responding to general mailboxes
We are looking for a candidate with at least 6-12 months of experience in a similar environment and a good understanding of accounts payable and receivable. Exposure to other office administration responsibilities is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a desire to progress in their career.
