Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our credit control team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming queries from colleagues and customers, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate important information both internally and externally, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Assist the Credit Control Team Leader as required, providing support with tasks and projects.
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing account details, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process credit applications and credit checks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Allocate customer receipts using our financial package, Netsuite, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor customer payments, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to both internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A polite and friendly manner, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Confident on the phone, with excellent communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and appreciative of the need for confidentiality.
  • Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
