Administration Assistant
Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide daily support to our Office Manager and generalist support with multiple internal departments/managers. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of SAP advantageous.
Salary
The salary for this role is £15 per hour, paid weekly. The position is permanent after a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and intercompany overseas orders on SAP
- Liaising with Sales Team and setting up/amending customer accounts on internal systems
- Raising purchase order numbers, matching delivery notes with invoices and investigating discrepancies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and a friendly confident manner. Previous experience in Sales Administration, Support Administration or Customer Accounts Administration positions from a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
