Overview
A leading manufacturer with a strong presence in the industry seeks an experienced Administration Assistant to join their Frome site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and various departments.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will process customer orders and intercompany overseas orders on SAP, allocate stock for orders, purchase raw materials for the Production Team, and work closely with the Sales Team to set up and amend customer accounts. You will also provide general support to internal departments and managers as required.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience in sales administration, support administration, or customer accounts administration positions from a production or manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
