**Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, working closely with the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. The role involves assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risk areas, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
- Assist residents in all aspects of their personal care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
**Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
- Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
