About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and elderly individuals, providing essential support and care in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out assessments in service users' homes
  • Supporting people with social and physical activities
  • Booking and accompanying individuals to appointments
  • Providing personal care, such as assistance with showering and dressing
  • Supporting people with eating and drinking
Requirements
  • A caring attitude and ability to work on one's own initiative
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
  • Good writing skills for documentation purposes
  • A smart mobile phone for downloading work apps
