Carer Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Support Practitioner to work with our Kinmylies services in the Kinmylies area.
As a Support Practitioner, you will be part of a team that supports 3 adult males. We offer full training for this role, and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming, etc.
- Provide practical support to help people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.
