We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in the implementation of this Act across North Highland.
The successful candidate will provide a key role in the development, implementation, and review of all of NHS Highland's plans, policies, and strategies relating to the support of unpaid Carers in Highland.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of carers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.
The post holder will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the needs of carers are met and that the support provided is effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans, policies, and strategies to support unpaid carers in Highland.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the needs of carers are met.
- Contribute to the review and evaluation of care services to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Provide support and guidance to carers and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role or in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and its implications for unpaid carers and care services.
