Senior Building Automation Engineer for Facilities Management

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading National Facilities Management company, providing expert support at prestigious clients' sites covering Harlow/Cambridge and Stevenage.

As a Senior Building Automation Engineer for Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the proactive planned maintenance of Operational Technology systems, primarily the BMS systems. You will also react to system faults to ensure system uptime is maintained, assist engineering teams conducting planned maintenance on building systems via BMS control, and provide timely completion of customer requests for environmental changes via BMS.

You will have demonstrable evidence of BMS engineer control and maintenance experience in a corporate or technical service environment, as well as thorough knowledge and understanding of industry standard BMS architecture, protocols, telemetry and automation systems and assets. Additionally, you will be certified in a current industry standard BMS system, such as Siemens (Desigo CC) & or Schneider (Ecostruxure) BMS systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and data accuracy skills, experience of working in a client-facing role, and the ability to work to regulatory policies and procedures while upholding excellent standards. A current Full UK driving licence is required, as well as previous experience of OT security programmes, continuous improvement, sustainability, and energy reduction projects. Knowledge and experience with other OT systems, e.g. Building Energy Management System, Power Management Systems, Environmental Auditing Systems, Access control, CCTV, would be beneficial.

The salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package including a van supplied for travel, 25 Days Holiday + BH, Company Pension, Flex Benefits Scheme.
