Job Description

The Global People Operations Manager will be responsible for providing proactive and business-focused HR support to managers and employees, ensuring legal compliance of HR processes, and implementing and driving various People projects to develop an excellent People function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll and benefits management, working with external partners and the Finance team.
  • Overseeing the People Operations Assistant to ensure accurate people data and records.
  • Managing global immigration and relocation processes for a positive, efficient, and compliant experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a People Operations Lead, HR Manager, or similar role, ideally in a deep tech/scientific setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, backed up by concrete examples.
  • A good working knowledge of a successful People Operations function, including managing the employee lifecycle, running payroll and benefits, and driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Compensation

We offer a $85,000 - $110,000 per annum salary range, equity, 28 days annual leave, and a diverse work environment.
