Swimming Teacher Opportunity
We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons that meet the needs of our swimmers
- Use technology to track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
- Ensure the safe provision of equipment and adherence to safety standards
- Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
- Develop swimmers' techniques and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and fun environment that motivates and encourages swimmers
- Evaluate sessions and provide feedback to improve teaching practices
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for swimming and teaching
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Perseverance and patience when working with swimmers of varying abilities
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends
